1. IntroductionNice to meet you my name is D3koi! I wanted to inform you of the terms and conditions of asking for a commission. Please read the following carefully.
2. Intellectual Property RightsAll digital artwork provided by me remains the exclusive property of you. I retain all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the artwork. You may post the commission, however do not resell.3. Custom Work and CommissionsCommission Process: To request custom artwork, please fill out the form located on carrd.io. This includes submitting a request form, discussing details, and agreeing to terms.4. RevisionsRevisions: I offer up to 3 revisions per commission. I accept doing a live revision via discord to ensure you are 100% happy with the changes to your artwork.
Any Additional revisions may incur extra charges.5. Cancellations and Refunds:I have the right to decline and cancel commission. I am an artist, but I may not be able to draw the type of art your looking for! However, I will locate other artists that may be able to fulfill your commission.As for cancellations, if I am sick or an emergency happens I may have to cancel your commission. This will be brought to your attention if such an event were to occur and you will receive a full refund.Refunds will occur on behalf of me to the artist if I am unable to perform the work. Otherwise, refunds will only occur only before I finish the rough draft of your character. Once you agree to the draft, no refunds will be accepted.6. Payment TermsPayment: 100% upfront, if no payment is received within 7 days of the commission request then I will not accept the project.I will not accept half payments, if you send half of the projected price then you are subject to the deadline of 7 days.At this time I accept the following forms of payment:

Delivery and QualityDelivery Method: Digital artwork will be delivered via the agreed format, whether that be email, discord, etc. Let me know what platform/method you would like to receive the commission. I can even do hard prints and mail it to you if requested.8. Amendments and UpdatesI reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and your continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.9.
